Our client service representatives will reach out to you within one business day of submitting your form to assist with scheduling. We collect a deposit of $86 to reserve your appointment. While this covers your pet's first comprehensive exam, most new clients choose to apply this deposit directly towards a Care Plan, which bundles your pet's annual wellness care while lowering your cost per visit. We need to receive the deposit within 24 hours of scheduling this exam to fully reserve your appointment, and it is refundable if for any reason you cancel the appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. You can also stop in or pay the deposit over the phone.

We typically cannot accommodate same- or next-day urgent care visits for new clientsIf you have not been to one of our hospitals before and have a sick pet that needs immediate attention, please reach out to a local urgent care center.
