Alexis joined the Ghent vet team in March of 2022 as a veterinary assistant. Since then she has finished her veterinary assistant program at TCC (Tidewater Community College) and passed her certification. She is looking to further her education and move on to become a licensed veterinary technician.
Alexis currently has 4 cats of her own, a spunky orange tabby (Alfie), a sweet older gray tabby (Klaus), a snuggly white and gray DLH (Alpine) and lastly an independent senior (Kitty).She also houses a rambunctious shepherd husky mix named Freyja who loves to play with her kitty housemates. In her free time she enjoys taking Freyja out for hikes, reading and visit Salem Virginia.
