We are growing and excited to announce openings for part- and full-time Licensed Veterinary Technicians! Our original Hospital opened in late 2015 as a full service medical, dental and surgical center with a focus on preventive medicine. We are also equipped and able to handle most daytime emergency cases.
Our new facility on Granby Street in Norfolk will open in early 2024 and offer significant amenities above and beyond those available at our location on 21st Street in Norfolk.
The Ghent and Granby Vet staff is energetic and compassionate and enjoys interfacing with our clients and pets. An extraordinary attention to detail in caring for our patients' needs sets us apart from other hospitals. We are a paperless facility, and expertise in electronic medical records or the ability to quickly learn these systems is required. Ghent Veterinary Hospital is AAHA-Accredited, and our medical staff are all Fear Free Certified.
Our 21st Street location is located in the historic Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk, minutes from Downtown Norfolk and the beaches of Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Our Granby Street location is conveniently located adjacent to the Virginia Zoo and the 32.5 acre Lafayette Park in Norfolk.
